I couldn't sleep so I have decided to put my time to good use. This is the first of hopefully many pages I will be writing on my blog.
Last semester at Forest Park Community College I took a class "Web Design I". The instructor let me take the class even though there were prerequisites. I should have known better. The class was from 11 til 2, two days a week. I was there all the time! I used the trial and error method. Now I know how Edison felt. After countless hours and a tutor, I completed my web page. It is simple. It has no bells or whistles. My art is the focus and speaks for itself. I have over 140 paintings and drawings; listing 14 catagories. I do believe with a positive attitude and endless perseverance miracles can be accomplished.
So here I am - -- ready to start a new adventure !!!!

- I paint landscapes and flowers in an impressionistic style. I also do portraits, still life, abstracts and collage. The materials I use are oil paints, acrylics, pastels and watercolors.
